8.30am Breakfast in The Rough Restaurant
9.00-10.30am Health and Wellbeing Workshop or Speaker
11.00-1.00pm Fitness & Movement Session
1.00pm Lunch in The Rough Restaurant
2.00-4.00pm Health and Wellbeing Workshop or Speaker
4.00-6.00pm Fitness & Movement Session
6.30pm A Gourmet Dinner and Dessert in The Rough Restaurant
7.45pm An Eye Opening and Inspiring Documentary will be screened on Saturday Nights.
